They sure look more and more like xiao bai cai now!! When they are about 25-26 days old, I will start to sow my red bayam seeds so that after I harvest my xiao bai cai, I can transplant my red bayam immediately... Need crop rotation! I learned during hydroponics workshop today that bayam can be harvested again and again, like kang kong... how nice!
