Heng Cai Green

The 'long ear' variety! LOL

Grape

Doing well! Climbing soon I hope!

Plantain - Blooms

Once they bloom, they will spread very fast!!

Harvest Today 30 Sep

The 3 passion fruits are compliments from my neighbour!

Herbs - Sage & Lemon Balm

Both still alive & kicking but they are both a little overwhelmed by the my lemon basil & roselle! Glad that they are surviving on their own.

Chilli Padi

My other variety of chilli padi (the slightly longer variety) is showing some signs of life again... *whew*

Bees!

When I first started this plot, I can hardly see a bee flying around... Now, with the blooms of the lemon basil, I see at least 6 of them buzzing around!

Long Beans Green

First time I ever have a long bean in triplets!! My last batch of red ones are in twins format... My neighbour's green ones in twins format too... This means I will have more green long beans harvest! Great! Hope they are super long too! LOL

Fennel - Flower Buds

Seems like it is really going to bloom... Wonder how the blooms look like!!

Papaya

More *hope*

Sweet Potato

Was told that I have planted my sweet potato the wrong way!!! The correct way is to lay the stem underneath the soil instead poking one side into the soil!! Darned..... no wonder my neighbour's harvest hasn't been so good!

Ladyfingers Green

So cute! Look like a human being on head stand! LOL... My new batch of ladyfingers seem like not very healthy as the fruits seem to suffer from abortion!

Edamame - Pods!

Passion Fruit - More Stem Cut

1 for giveaway and other 2 to preserve my existing plant! Looking forward to basketful load of passion fruits!

Mulberry

Yummy! Stem cut this last week, hopefully it will also produce as many fruits!

Fennel

My fennel seems to be flowering?

Harvest Today 27 Sep

Harvested all my winged beans - 10 of them! Yipee

Long Beans Green

My very first pair of long bean green growing!

Pumpkin Seedlings

Sowed a bunch of pumpkin seedlings the other day in the plot of my Japanese cucumbers... A lot of them sprouted as of today... This is my 2nd time trying to grown pumpkin... The 1st try - they were infected with powdery mildew (very bad) that I had to pull them off! Hopefully this variety will be better??

Strong Winds!!

The strong winds yesterday brought down some of my plants!! Gotta stick bamboo pole all over to hold them in place!

Papaya

*Hope*

Kang Kong

My 3rd batch of kang kong ready for harvest - gotta do it soon as the worms seem to be getting to them before I could.... Yucks!

Neighbour's Banana Trees

My neighbour planted quite a number of banana trees next to my plot - they have grown very big now and very soon, they will shade most of my garden space! Sigh.....

Sweet Basil

Sweet Basil doing well too... Waiting for it to bush out so that I can start to stem cut and harvest

Lemongrass

My lemongrass is doing well indeed! From 1 single stalk, it has branched out to a few now!

Cucumber

All my Japanese Cucumbers did not make it!!! I killed them all because they were infested with aphids... Sigh.... So now I am left with the local ones... The first of them extending its tendrils! Can't wait to see flowers...

Periwinkle

The periwinkle is so resilient.. can even grown on the stump of the tree trunk!

Long Bean Green

My first flower of the long bean green!

Passion Plant

It is really a BIG BUSH now! Hopefully the trellis is able to support its weight! I have trimmed away some stalks with no flowers on them.....And, there are SO MANY flowers and hanging fruits now! Yipeeeeee

Winter Melon

Another failure I guess as the pod is turning yellow again!!
As again, with another failure on hand, I see hope in another! This time round, I will try hand pollination!

Honeydew

My odd shaped honeydew!! LOL... it is turning a little yellow though....

Longan

My little longan is still so tiny!! Even after about 10 months!! Oh dear, I wonder how long it will take to bear fruit!! LOL

Chilli Padi - Half Eaten

Every day, about 5-6 of them get eaten up!! And, it is always HALF EATEN!! What a waste!

Capsicum

This should be capsicum seedling! LOL

Papaya

Another of my papaya plant flowered this morning... It looks like a female one... Hopefully!!

The flower has withered... Not sure if it was pollinated though.. Next few days will reveal something...
