This is another pot of tree that is gifted to me... It looks like a citrus related tree somehow.... any idea?

It has reached my chest level now!! It really smells so nice whenever I go near the plant... Unlike the Hillview variety (where the fruits go near the base stem), for this variety, I think the fruits will grow at the leave end - like the mulberries....

Pineapple In Pot - Another!

The other pot of pineapple that I inherited is growing another pineapple!! Wow, 2 pineapples! Can't wait!

Ginger Harvest

Decided to harvest 1 lot of my ginger this morning... This lot is grown next to my ever expanding lemongrass so decided to harvest this lot to make way for my lemongrass. Used a little of this for my morning juices! Yum.. The spiciness in the juices really gives me the kick!

Snake Grass

Using the vacant shaded plot underneath the passion fruit vines to grow more snake grass! Now with juicing, I can grow more snake grass to be used as 1 of my ingredient for juicing... Snake grass apparently is a anti cancer aid! I tasted its leaves and it is not very bitter so it should do well in my juices.

Ba Long Long

They fruit so easily!!! I gotta picked the first 2 lots of fruits to juice! Ba Long Long juice with sour plum is yummilicious!

Strawberry

They have grown reasonably big now... praying for the best!! Wow, can't imagine if it starts to flower!!! Yoohoo

Roselle

Surprised finding this morning while clearing up my roselle plants..... I did not harvest the remaining of the roselle so the fruits were left to dry up on the branches.... And, with the rain coming down for the past few days, it is providing life to the seeds!!

My chandelier plant is producing seed pods!! Very soon, my garden will be sprouting with lots of them! I will be happy to give away seeds to anyone who wants them!!

Saw the female flower from yesterday has blossomed today so decided to do hand pollination instead of waiting for the bees... Hardly see bees moving around the garden these days....

Winter Melon - Another hope!

This is from another plant... I noticed that whenever the female flower comes up, an offshoot will appear somehow so that it will help to support its heavy fruit in the future.. I sure hope this is another success!!

Winged Beans Seedlings

I have plenty of winged beans seedlings now.... Moved 4 of them from my balcony pots to the ground.. Here's 3 of them sharing a big container... Did a mini trellis which I think will hold the vines well as winged beans are basically very light! This trellis is portable too so I can move it somewhere else when I am done with the winged beans! LOL

Rain Rain Rain!!

Heavy downpour started since yesterday so the garden is VERY wet from the rain.. Somehow I don't like the ground to be soaked as it means I will see (somehow) more creepy crawlies....like millipedes.... yucks

More rain means more weeds too!!!
