Honeydew Tendrils Part 2

Oh well! They finally did attach their tendrils to the wire but not as much as I thought they will.....

Still wondering why .. I thought they would cling to it like crazy since they were looking for support and need support! Oh well, I will try to tie strings instead today & see if they prefer the strings rather than the wires!! Experiments, experiments every single day!! There is a lot more to learn about them every single day!! 毎日　楽しいよ！

The 2 little 'fruits' hanging on my honeydew... one of them is unsupported yet as it is grown from a new offshoot... I thought because they needed to have a firm support before they can bear fruit but apparently not.... also those that were running along the soil - they were not bearing fruit either... so maybe there is another theory as to under what circumstances they will bear fruit!!!
