Sweet Potato Harvest

My first sweet potato harvest! After more than half a year of waiting!! LOL... not too bad, at least I got 2 relatively big ones!! Cleared this plot so that I can grow my bananas!

It is really fun extracting the sweet potato.. it is like treasure hunting!! Most of the sweet potato can be found near the soil level....

Planted a long stalk of the mature sweet potato stem into the plot with my brinjal... hopefully I can have better harvest at end of the year!
