Papaya - Seeds

Bought a pack of papaya seeds.. so far, those papaya that I have grown are taken from actual fruit.. I bought 1 pack of seeds to see if it will grow better... I sure hope it grows as well as what's shown on the package! I think it is ex for just 5 seeds! I wonder if all 5 are seeds of the female plant?!

My current papaya trees like stagnating.... Hmmmmm...
