Pests!

I think pests are pretty seasonal! This season (about 2 or 3 weeks now), some pests attacking my herbs - basils mostly... black little insects! I wonder what they are! I need to take a course on pests!!!

Also my current lot of passion fruits! Sigh, majority of the fruits have holes in them.. like below...
