Kitchen Scrap - Lettuce

They have grown many leaves but the leaves are tiny as compared to those that grew from seeds. Not sure if it's the soil. Nonetheless, still can pick some leaves to eat as salad. Hope they can flower too so that I can collect seeds!

Growing cherry tomatoes again! :-)

Lime

After months of being in a flowerless and fruitless state, my lime tree is finally producing 2 flower buds for me! I hope they turn into fruit.

Passiflora Q

My passiflora Q is still taking its own sweet time to climb... Wondering if the soil in this plot is not good for them? Those others who collected the stem cut at the same time as me is producing flower bud now!!! :-(

This potted fig in my balcony is producing 6 fruits! I can't believe it!

I wonder how long will it take to ripe? It has been like 3 weeks since the first appeared....

Pandan Essence

Picked some pandan leaves to cold pressed the juice for making agar agar and chiffon cakes! It is such a good idea to freeze them for future use!!

The fibre from the leftover juicing goes to my garden as mulch! No waste at all!
