Bad Combination!
Yup, I think it is a bad combination to grow tomatoes next to chillies!! They both attract tonnes of white flies!! :-(
Ba Long Long
Surprise surprise! I picked a yellow fully ripen ba long long off the tree to eat on spot and surprise! It taste a little sourish (cos I bit the skin off) and the seed with its spikes are all gone! The whole fruit can be eaten! Wow, not bad!!

Citrus Fertiliser For My Limes
I am desperate indeed! Trying all sorts of fertilisers to get my lime to flower & fruit! Saw this @ ACE Hardware and praying that THIS WILL BE IT! :-)
Star Fruit
The biggest of the 4 is about the size of my index finger now!
Plenty of blooms but I wonder how many will turn to fruit?
Laksa Leaves
I hardly use laksa leaves in my cooking but it is always good to have so that when you need it, it is there for you to pick! I realised that to grow laksa leaves well, you need to constantly trim it to promote new growth!
Mint
This pot of mint came alive after I moved it from a shady place to a place with more sunshine. It was heavily infested with aphids when in the shady place. Now it is still but less so. Guess the sunshine helps to make it healthier.

Marcot - Big Geen Lime
The 2nd batch of marcotting has rooted - look at how big the roots are and that some of it are coming off the plastic wrappings!
My 1st marcotting is doing VERY well.. Many new shoots coming off the stem. I hope to see some flowers soon!

Red Periwinkle
My camera is simply not doing justice to my beautiful RED periwinkle!! It is a dark red as opposed to what you see here in this picture. This picture seems to show the colour of a typical roadside periwinkle! :-(
Small Lime
My small lime tree is really very productive. Once you add a little fertiliser, it will burst into blooms quite quickly! I wish my big lime tree is like this!!! Argh
Marcot : Fig
I am into marcotting mood now!! Marcotted my fig plant & my mango tree today!
This branch is getting too long so instead of chopping it off to waste, I decided to do marcotting! For me, it is easier to marcot than to root in water. The latter is too much of a hassle for a lazy gardener like me! :-)
Pink Cloeme
Can't wait to see its first blooms! I have at least 20 of them growing around the garden.... it will be a sight when all starts to bloom!
Tiny Starfruits
1 dropped off... Will try wrapping it when they are slightly bigger. I wanna get to eat them before others! LOL
Xia Gu Cao
Think they have rooted! So easy to grow them. Will wait a while more before I transplant to the ground.

Easiest Way To Do Compost
For me at least! This is the easiest way to do compost. Collect grass cuttings, leaves etc and just dump them into this big basket. Let it rot on its own for a few months. After drying up, viola! I have home made compost! LOL
I do not add my kitchen garbage into this pile as it will attract too many pests to it and it will also be too watery. So it is purely discarded waste from the garden.
Starfruit - let!
Woohoo! Noticed 5 tiny starfruit developing!!! I sure hope they stay there until maturity!
They are hanging at the far corner close to the wall so couldn't take a much better close up! Sigh!

Chayote
Success or failure?????? :-(
As the pot is sitting under the orange cosmos, you can see plenty of cosmos seedlings growing!! Another happy problem.
Lantern Berry
Ah... Just realised this berry is also called Cape Gooseberry! :-) Learning their names every single day!
Pink Cloeme
Seedlings doing well - some are doing better than others!
And I have plenty more that sprouted again! Oh dear, I gotta find new places to grow them.... :-) A happy problem!
Marcotted Green Lime
My marcotted green lime is doing very well! Finally it is showing many new shoots after remaining status quo for almost 1 month!
Oregano
My tiny pot of oregano is doing pretty well sitting on the top of the passion fruit pot! Just read today that oregano can be used to make tea! Just boil a few leaves of oregano and add honey! Wow, will try it tomorrow!

Silly Experiment
Haha... In a crazy mood... trying to see what happens when I put an asparagus in some water? So far, the tip has been bending forward a lot!
Ixora?
Spotted this plant which grew on its own while I was clearing weeds! So pretty in RED!
Compliments from the birds! I will move it to a pot!
