Winter Melon
Surprised! I hand pollinated this one! So many earlier ones just dropped off and die. I sure hope this will be successful or else I will just remove the plant!
Thai Basil
My plot of Thai Basil is slowly withering away due to infestation by aphids! I JUST couldn't get rid of them! Argh. Guess I will just kill off this plot and grow something else!
Kang Kong
It has been super long since I last planted Kang Kong because I couldn't find a way to control the white flies! Now that I have a solution, I decided to give it go! This pack of seeds cost only less than 90cents! So cheap and there are plenty inside. I sure hope they will all sprout!

Tomatoes
Killed off my tomato plants without harvesting a single tomato!! Argh. The tomatoes rot before they turn red - so I am fed up! I think I will not grow the big tomatoes anymore. I get more harvest from the cherry ones anytime!
Potted Bittergourd
Well, my potted bittergourd is producing its first bittergourd! I think its gonna be a super big one!! Hooray!
Passiflora F
Finally the tiny fruit ripens!!
It sure taste bagus!!! Sweet!
The protective layer of the fruit withers off when the fruit ripens! So cute.

Cucumber Seedlings
Separated! So healthy looking now! Hopefully they will continue to be so when I moved them to the ground.
Growing Tomatoes
My tomato plants were dehydrated even without water for a day! LOL... These are my growing tomatoes. 1 of them turning red soon, I think! Finally! I think I waited months for this! I think cherries are easier to grow for sure! Less subjected to heat issues & bears more fruits!
Compost Bin
I thought dried leaves will help in the composting for my bins but see this! Even after almost 1 year, still the same!! LOL... So dried leaves only good for mulch!
Onion Enzyme
After more than 1 week (actually 1 week should be okay but I totally forgot about it!), my onion enzyme is ready for action! Mixed with water and sprayed this morning. Shall see whether it works!

Bittergourd
Using the same pot, my helper planted 2 bittergourd plants - can't imagine that they are still growing so well? How come crop rotation does not apply to pots???? *feeling puzzled* 1 of the vine has started to bloom!
Red Radish
Mom wanted me to help her grow this in a pot. Thought I could root it in water first but it started to rot by the 4th day!
So, no choice, transplant to pot. Hopefully it will bloom! Mom wants to see flowers!

Ba Long Long
My Ba Long Long is thriving with very little care - I did not even fertilise the plant!! Plenty of fruits on the tree!
Plot
This plot is ready to welcome my big chillies! Decided to grow more big chillies as I used them more often to make chilli paste! My big chilli plants so far are not doing very well - need to find out what makes them tick!!
Lemongrass
Need to take out and replant this lot of lemongrass as they are growing too lanky and the whole bunch just keeps toppling! The leaves of the lemongrass cuts the skin like paper! Ouch
Roselle
Transplanted my potted roselle into the ground and realised that its roots are infected with some white matter! Will need to add in some Neem Cake powder to improve the soil condition! Hopefully it will recover!
Japanese Cucumber
Bought a pack of Big Japanese Cucumber (brand : KNOWN YOU - from Taiwan) and sowed the seeds. Just after a day, the seeds sprouted. Wonderful! Hopefully I can get harvest something??? My last Japanese Cucumber vine died without any harvest! Argh.
Sowed these 2 packs of seeds and it has been like 3-4 days and nothing came out so far! Guess I will forget about them.

Long Bean Green
Another harvest of long bean green - most of them are pretty scrawny... indicating its almost the end of their lives....
Fig
My fig is still not showing signs of fruit bearing..... This pot has sudden burst of foliage growth! Maybe its the bonemeal? Hmmm...
Ma Ni Cai
Cleared up 3 of my Ma Ni Cai plots - they are not growing well - full of pests and the leaves are yellowish - doesn't look palatable to me! Decided to clear it to make way for something else.
The discarded leaves and stems goes into my compost bin! Nothing wasted!
Onion Enzyme
Someone recommended onion enzyme to help deter pests like white flies so have decided to give it a go as I am literally having battles with them!! This concoction (onion plus brown sugar in equal proportions) will take 1 week to 'mature' before I can use it. I will update on whether it works!!

1st Harvest 2015
Plus some long bean greens that's not in the picture. Most of my chikus are picked away by itchy hands! Argh... Wonder why some souls like to pick other people's hard work?????? Hmmmm.....
Indonesian Sweet Potato
My Indonesian Sweet Potato survived my absence! *Happy* By June holidays, I should have something to dig! I love treasure hunting for them!
Hopefully they will yield sweeter sweet potatoes for me!!
Lime
I didn't pick most of my limes and just left them to grow. Some of them has grown to almost the size of lemon! Wow.
Came back to find a flower blooming too! Nice!
Tomato
Came back to find 4 little growing tomatoes! Not full size but bigger than the cherry ones! Hope they will ripen!
Passiflora F
Good to be back online! Here's wishing my readers a happy new year!! My wish for 2015 - bountiful harvests & more learning experience! Well, came back after a long break overseas and my plants are still alive!! LOL.... Thank goodness for the wet year end or else, I don't think they will survive! Happy to see my passiflora F turning into fruits!!
Maybe it will take another month to ripen??? :-) can't wait!
