Harvested 1 red okra & 1 green okra this morning....
I have 3 varieties of okras in my plot - green type 1, green type 2 and red. I noticed that the green type 1 seems to be more productive & grows faster than the green type 2. For the green type 2, the plant is larger & the flower pods will miscarriage as it grows bigger in size - that's why I have not been able to harvest any okra yet from the green type 2. The leaves differentiation between the different types are as follows. The first picture is green type 1, the 2nd pic is green type 2 and the last one is red.
Guess next time, I will plant more of the green type 1!
